The resolution of payment processor disputes may require extensive legal and administrative work. Ms Zárate vigorously pushes payment processors whenever necessary and uses various legal remedies available to her to ensure that the goals of our clients are accomplished. For example, she may, in her sole discretion, send to the payment processors: (i) draft court claims, (ii) legal reminders, and (iii) official demand letters.
Ms Zárate directly supervises our legal reminders department which usually sends reminders to payment processors at least once per week. The legal reminders department also provides weekly updates to our clients regarding the status of their cases.
Last but not least, Ms Zárate is responsible for carefully creating and implementing legal strategies pertaining to the resolution of disputes with payment processors. Her extensive legal experience at a leading position at PP Fighters permits her to effectively analyze complex disputes and provide cost-effective recommendations for resolving them.
