We are proud of each our victory.
We have won many cases. Some of them were difficult and took only a few days to be resolved. Other cases took months. Below, we will briefly describe five cases in which we succeeded to accomplish our goal. To avoid retaliatory actions from payment processors, we have not used their names. Instead, we are using the general term “payment processor”.
CASE STUDY 1
A payment processor placed a reserve on the account of our client and, as a result, our client was not able to use his funds. We approached the payment processor and requested them to remove the reserve. After receiving our request, the payment processor reviewed the account of our client and lifted the reserve.
CASE STUDY 2
A limitation was placed on the payment account of our client that prevented him to access his funds. We contacted the relevant department of payment processor and the limitation was removed shortly afterwards.
CASE STUDY 3
A payment processor terminated the account of our client and disabled the payouts due to “the elevated risk of disputes” associated with our client business. We contacted the payment processor on the 5th of September 2022 and, on the 19th of September 2022, the payment processor re-enabled payouts for the account and, on the 20th of September 2022, issued a payout to our client and, as a result, the account balance was at zero.
