The resolution of payment processor disputes may require extensive legal and administrative work. The reason is that payment processors may not timely reply, may not reply at all, or may reply by copying/pasting a general useless template. In such a case, one needs to act firmly, persistently, and continuously.

Ms Zárate has a bachelor’s degree in law. She is based in Peru and has a strong interest in the field of technology law. She worked for a number of law firms and governmental agencies.

Ms Zárate has a true passion about alternative dispute resolution and puts substantial efforts in trying to further develop her skills in this challenging field. Since the resolution of payment processor disputes inevitably requires some negotiation skills, negotiation is another subject of interest for Ms Zárate. 

Ms Zárate speaks English and Spanish.
