Disputes with payment processor may require legal expertise as the activities of payment processors are governed by legal frameworks. In many cases, such disputes cannot be resolved amicably between the disputants and their resolution may require a complaint to a financial regulatory authority or even court proceedings.
Dr. Dimov provides strategic legal guidance to PP Fighters with the aim to help the clients of the company to achieve their goals.
Such guidance may include, for example, recommendations for (i) choosing the right negotiation approach with a payment processor, (ii) submitting a given case to a court of law or to an appropriate governmental institution (e.g., an ombudsman or a financial authority), and (iii) deciding on the right approach to contact a given payment processor.
Having been involved in the resolution of hundreds payment processor disputes, Dr. Dimov is able to provides estimates of the chances to resolve certain payment processor cases.

Dr. Dimov is an attorney-at-law registered in Brussels, Belgium. Dr. Dimov has defended a PhD (Leiden, NL) in the field of online dispute resolution and regularly advises clients with regard to payment processor-related issues. He also has a Master’s Degree in EU Law (the Netherlands) and did traineeships with the European Commission (Brussels), European Digital Rights (Brussels), and the Institute for EU and International law “T.M.C. Asser Institute” (The Hague). He has authored a large number of publications on dispute resolution and present articles on the same topic at conferences in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Cyprus.
Dr. Dimov is experienced in adjudication and acts as an arbiter in domain name disputes. Furthermore, he regularly represents clients during arbitration proceedings and will not hesitate to trigger arbitration proceedings against a payment processor if he deems this course of action to be plausible.
