Pricing

We normally offer two different fee structures and leave it to you to choose which one suits you more.

Our fees depend on the risk you take. The success fee option is a low risk option as, if we do not succeed to recover your funds, you will need to pay only a minor administrative fee of USD 40. The fixed fee option is associated with a higher risk because, in case we do not succeed to recover your funds, the fixed fees paid by you will not be refunded.

We believe in a win-win cooperation. We understand that you may wish to pay mainly for success and we will be glad to conclude an agreement with you on that basis. Our success fee is 30%. We also charge a minor administrative fee of USD 40 for opening your case and other administrative work pertaining to your case. 

We take a high risk by agreeing to work on a success basis. First, we may not be able to recover your money due to various reasons. Second, even if we recover your money, some of our clients may not pay us and we may need to invest time and efforts in legal proceedings and debt collection. 

If you prefer to work on a success fee basis, you will agree that, in addition to the administrative fee of USD 40, you will pay us 30% of any amount that was recovered from your account within a time period of 90 days commencing on the date when you sign an agreement with us. 

You may have a lot of locked funds in your payment account and you may not wish to give 30% of those funds to us in case we win your case. That’s completely fine and we understand you well. Therefore, we can agree on a fixed fee of USD 330 for: (i) drafting and sending (by post and by email) a threatening legal letter to the relevant payment processor; (ii) sending regular pushy reminders to the payment processor; (iii) informing you about the correspondence we receive from the payment processor; and (iv) providing you with specific recommendations for further actions if the dispute with the payment processor cannot be resolved amicably. 

If the dispute with the payment processor cannot be resolved amicably, we will usually offer you to prepare and send a complaint to the relevant regulator in the country where the payment processor is based. The fixed fee for preparing and sending such a complaint will be USD 440. 

If you hire us based on our success fee or fixed fee options, you may also wish to subscribe for a VIPP Membership. This is an optional service that includes the following additional features:

(i) sending one reminder per month via regular post (the postal fees will be paid by PP Fighters);

(ii) sending at least two pushy email reminders per week;

(iii) providing you with a comprehensive weekly report in a PDF format including (a) a detailed analysis of the state of the dispute; (b) a summary of PP Fighters’ actions initiated during the week concerned; and (c) recommendations for further actions;

(iv) contacting at least three local litigators and obtaining at least three quotes (fixed or hourly) for legal action against the relevant payment processor with regard to the dispute;  

(v) priority customer support; and

(vi) a monthly 30-minute one-to-one consultation with an e-commerce expert on how to prevent and resolve disputes, chargebacks, and other issues that may lead to problems with your payment processing accounts.

 

The VIPP Membership is subject to a monthly fee of USD 150. 

If you find our success fees and our fixed fees too high or the value of your dispute is so low so that the other fee options do not seem reasonable to you, you can use our self-help option. It works as follows:

  1.  We will provide you with a specially created template which has a few fillable fields. For example, one of those fields will ask you to explain your issue in detail and another field will ask you to specify the remedy you are searching for. You do not need to complete the address and the email address of the relevant payment processor. We will do this for you.
  2. Once you complete the template, you will schedule a text chat session with our support team and our support team will review and improve the completed template and will add the relevant address and email address of the payment processor. The review is limited to one session of up to 1 hour.
  3. After our support teams approves the template and adds the relevant address and email address of the payment processor, you can submit the complete template to the payment processor by yourself and send regular reminders to the payment processor. 

The fixed fee for the self-help option is USD 150. It includes (i) providing you with the template, (ii) reviewing and improving the completed template, and (iii) adding the relevant contact details of the payment processor. If you choose the self-help option, you do not need to pay any success fees.
